Breakfast:
1/2 banana
(later):
Timothy's breakfast bagel (egg, bacon, cheese & veggies...soooo good)
coffee
Lunch:
"Oatmeal to Go" bar and a part of Chris' chocloate chip cookie because it was there
Supper:
I met some work girlies out for a bite at the Gahan, so I did my best to restrain myself, but did 'treat' myself:
2 bacon-wrapped scallops
a handful of sweet potato fries (which I thought I didn't like, but apparently, I haven't tried them at the Gahan and that makes all the difference!)
2 small John A drafts
spinach salad
garden burger (in a wrap)
I also had a few mouthfuls of Pepsi later that night and a handful of Party Mix
