I was still hungry so then I had a piece of homemade bread toasted with Chris' Nannie's homemade strawberry jam. I finished the jam. Sorry Chris.

"All Bran" bar
2 Smarties from April's birthday cake. I managed to have enough willpower to not have a slice of one of the 3 cakes on her desk. I am kicking myself a bit for not partaking in the carrot cake though.
Lunch:
Highliner frozen shrimp/rice dinner
spinach salad
choc pudding
Snack:
hummus & flatbread crackers
1/2 banana
Supper:
12 grain toast and peanut butter
glass of choc milk
1/2 a pudding
