Wednesday

Breakfast:
oatmeal with 1/2 banana, 10 dark choc chips, handful of slivered almonds, teaspoon or less of natural peanut butter
coffee

Snack:
Kelloggs Fibre Plus bar
coffee

Lunch:
Stouffers chicken pot pie
fat free choc pudding cup
grapes

Snack:
cheese
Triscuits

I had an appointment after work, leading me home a lot later than my tummy wanted. While supper was cooking I had about 6 good spoonfuls of vanilla yogourt.

Supper:
Chris' homemade quick chicken stew - with chicken, potatoes, carrots, & celery
1 slice multigrain bread (and butter)
