oatmeal with 1/2 banana, slivered almonds, dark choc chips & natural peanut buttercoffee
coffee
porcupine cookie (with dates, walnuts, oats, coconut)grapes
turkey sandwich on whole wheat kaiser
small handful of chips (you don't put a bowlful of chips beside me and not eat a few)
2 pickles2 slices of pepperoni
yogourt & blueberries
Supper:
Stouffers lasagna
2 slices of garlic toast made with multigrain toast (topped with shredded cheese)
glass of milk
