1 slice of Chris' Nannie's bread toasted w/ jam
coffee

Snack:
"All Bran" bar
grapes

Lunch:
choc monkey smoothie
Mediterranean wrap

Snack:
grapes

Snack/"Supper":
popcorn & a Coors Light (great supper, eh?)
