a piece of the most delicious carrot cake (it was Amanda's birthday at work, and the lovely Dina had made her a cake to celebrate. I never say no to carrot cake).
1 twizzler (hey, I already had cake - why not, right?)
Lunch:
choc monkey smoothie
Mediterranean wrap
Snack/Supper:
2 slices of Chris' Nannie's homemade bread, toasted with peanut butter
glass of choc milk
