Sunday was a whole new level of gluttony though, I'm afraid.
Sunday night, during the Amazing Race premiere (I'm very guilty of requiring "snacks" for the new shows), Chris goes to the fridge to pour himself a drink. He motions with his eyebrows to the location above the fridge holding the remaining bags of fried up goodness in a chip. I wasn't even really that hungry either (mistake #1), as I had recently just consumed a nutritious and filling supper. I have a problem with restraining, especially when knowing that I'd be watching him on the other couch consuming his own snack, so I nodded to him in agreement (mistake #2). I also didn't request that he bring with him a small chip bowl to hold my chips (mistake#3).
I also finished the remaining dip (mistake #4).
*OINK*
I will tell you, though...my tummy did NOT appreciate me on Monday. Proof positive that there is a direct relation to health via what you put into your body. I felt terrible. How can I justify ever putting something into my body that makes me feel that terrible again? Here's hoping it was a lesson learned. I just wish the darn stuff didn't taste so good.
